20+ years of hands-on development experience with a strong track record of delivering multiple projects successfully. Has experience in Agile XP, Scrum, Kanban and has extensive experience of working in an Agile TDD environment on large projects/programmes.

· Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

· Experience of consulting working with distributed teams (onsite-offshore, various teams working in same company) and third-party suppliers

· Experience in multiple domains - Finance, Insurance, Retail and the Public Sector

· Passionate Agile/Scrum practitioner and a firm believer in the Agile principle of getting “The Simplest Thing That Could Possibly Work”
